This quote, to me, means that you have to be confident in what you about to do. You have to know that you can do it in order to accomplish that task. On the other hand, if you do not think that you can accomplish the task, you will not be able to do it. You will fail at it. Like a loser, you will lose. If you think you can win, you will win... like a winner.
