This quote pertains to daily attitude and behavior. If you wake up in tha mornin feelin like P Diddy, your day will probably be a happy one. If you get off the wrong side of the bed and want to punch somebody in the face as soon as you walk out your door, you will not have a good day. If everyone woke up in the morning and decided that today was going to be a good day, imagine how the world would be. A positive attitude is key to a happy life.

If you want anything out of life you must put effort into it. Strength is not an issue for a succesful person. Strength is physical and can be changed if you have the "want to". Knowledge is also not a problem for a person who has had a happy and successful life. Eduacation can be achieved by hard work and determination. Will, on the other hand, is an issue to many people in this world. If you want something, work for it. Momma's not going to keep giving you stuff for the rest of your life.
These two quotes are related because they're both needed to have a happy and successful life. Swindoll's quote recognizes the need for people to be positive in everyday life. If everybody was positive and saw the bright side of things, this world would be better. Just wake up and say "Today's gonna be great". In Lombardi's quote, it shows that people that always complain about not being strong ENOUGH or not being SMART enough are wrong. All it takes is effort, heart, and just giving 100% everyday at everything.
